Appliciation of Cationic Polyacrylamide CPAM
Polyacrylamide products as a flocculant, mainly used in industrial solid-liquid separation process, including settlement, clarification, concentration and sludge dehydration and other processes, used in the municipal sewage and meat, poultry, food processing wastewater treatment process of sludge precipitation and sludge dehydration.
Through the electric neutralization of the positively charged group on the negatively charged organic colloid in the sludge and the excellent bridging and condensing function of the polymer, the colloid particles are promoted to gather into large flocculent, which can be separated from the suspension. The effect is obvious and the dosage is small.
