1. As a sludge dewatering agent, it is mainly used for the treatment of urban and industrial sewage by the activated sludge method. The biochemical sludge is often a highly hydrophilic colloid with high organic content and extremely difficult to dewater. Treated with cationic polyacrylamide, the amount is small, the dehydration efficiency is high, and it is easy to separate. When dewatering, it produces large flocs, non-sticky filter cloth, does not stray during filter press, low dosage, high dehydration efficiency, and the water content of the mud cake is less than 80%.
2. Used as a papermaking aid. In the papermaking industry, the cationic PAM paper enhancer is a water-soluble cationic polymer containing carbamoyl, which can effectively improve the strength of paper, reduce the loss of fibers or fillers, and speed up water drainage. Play the role of enhancement, retention, and filtration. It can also be used for white water treatment, with obvious flocculation effect during deinking process.
3. For the treatment of sewage and organic wastewater. This product is positive in acid or alkaline medium, so it is very effective to flocculate, settle and clarify the suspended particles in the sewage with negative charge. Such as alcohol factory wastewater, brewery wastewater, monosodium glutamate factory wastewater, sugar factory wastewater, meat product factory wastewater, beverage factory wastewater, textile printing factory wastewater, etc. The use of cationic polyacrylamide is several times or tens of times higher than the use of anionic polyacrylamide, non-ionic polyacrylamide or inorganic salt. Because this type of wastewater generally has negative charges.
4. Used as oil field chemical additives. Such as clay anti-swelling agent, thickening agent for oil field acidification, oil field backwater/wastewater treatment, etc.
5. Flocculant used for water treatment in water plants that use rivers as water sources. The dosage is small, the effect is good, and the cost is low. In particular, the effect of compound use of inorganic flocculants is better. It will become an efficient flocculant for water plants along the Yangtze River, Yellow River and other river basins.
