Usage Precautions
Dissolution Process
  • Use clean tap water or softened water for dissolution, with water temperature controlled at 20-40°C (avoid high temperatures causing molecular chain degradation)
  • Stir at a moderate speed (60-200 rpm) for 60-90 minutes to ensure complete dissolution and prevent agglomeration
Dosing Control
  • Adjust the dosage according to water quality characteristics (e.g., suspended solid concentration, charge properties), and it is recommended to determine the optimal dosage through beaker tests
  • When used in combination with inorganic flocculants, add PAC and other inorganic agents first, then add CPAM (with a 1-2 minute interval) to avoid reagent interaction and failure
Storage and Safety
  • Store in a dry, ventilated warehouse, avoiding moisture and direct sunlight, with a shelf life of typically 2 years
  • Wear gloves and protective goggles during operation. If the powder comes into contact with skin or eyes, rinse immediately with water
