The characteristics of spray drying PAC depend on the operation principle of pressure sprays. The aluminum chloride produced by pressure spray drying process is porous small particles or small hollow particles, showing dustproof and smoothness. Because it has better contact with the water to be treated, its wettability and water treatment speed are stronger than other powdered products. Polyaluminium chloride is a water-soluble substance and shows good thermal stability and solubility. The 40-50% aluminum chloride solution is sucked into the high-pressure pump and the granular product is formed through the drying sprayer. In this production process, dehydration and particle formation are carried out at the same time.

1. Before use, it should be diluted first .Dilution ratio generally : Solid 2%-20% products (in weight percentages).
2. The Dosage in General : 1-15 grams / ton effluent , 50-200g per ton waste water.The best dosage should based on the lab test.
